Dear Accepted Student:

To secure your acceptance, please register for the Accepted Student Portal by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page and completing the following items within two weeks of receipt of your acceptance email:

  • Acceptance Deposit of $100.00
  • Student Disclosure Form
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Information Sheet
  • Confirmation and Certification of Essential Functions
  • Submission of an official transcript to NJMS
(official transcripts include the official school seal and indicate degree and completion date)

  • If you have already graduated from your undergraduate program, you will need to request an “official” copy of your final transcript to be submitted to NJMS within two weeks.
  • If you are graduating in May 2017, your transcript is due by July 1.
